Our original press machine developed by taking advantage of mold manufacturing.
- ・The structure of the press is under drive method consist of high rigidity four-posts component, which provides higher stability.
- ・The driving system combined high performance AC servo motor andball screw allows easy setting of the values of “start point”, “touch point” and “cutting depth” by hand pulse generator.
The die height of various type of mold can be adjusted. - ・Continuous operation with specified number of cuts allows easy running-in of dies before start-up and after maintenance.
- ・”Twice cut” setting is available in pressing. Cutting speed is selectable from high and low.
So that various setting of continuation cutting is possible. - ・The QDC fixture system which enables easy mounting of QDC mold developed and mass produced in our corporated group is adopted.
The combination of AC servo motor and our QDC mold is the best wayof mass production for revent fine component. - ・Pressing capacity can be selected from 5,10,and 15 tons, and other specifications will be consulted.

- ・SSD500-SC-P is an exclusive semiautomatic processing equipment which has a sliding lower press die and a workpiece carrier.
- ・Pressing “start switch”after setting workpiece automatically executes a continuous operation : the carrier picks up the material and put it on the lower die, the lower die moves to match the upper die and then moves back after punching the press, the carrier picks up the pressed individual products and puts them in the tray.
