Press Punching Inspection & Cutting Device
・The workpiece is transported to a fixed length by the roll feeder, inspected for appearance using image processing by a line camera, and judged as OK/NG. It is then cut by the cutter and stored in the product tray.
・Inspection items include detection of surface scratches, dents, folds, and peeling (detectable by visual inspection).
・The cut workpieces are automatically stored in the OK product tray or NG product tray according to the image processing inspection results. Each tray can hold up to 100 workpieces, and the trays can slide automatically, allowing for continuous operation with a maximum of 200 pieces (OK products). The cycle stops when the specified number of workpieces is stored in each tray (operator exchanges the trays).
