Mold Design and Manufacturing

Press Mold Design and Manufacturing for Various Products

Designing and manufacturing press molds for various products require advanced technology and knowledge tailored to the properties of materials and product requirements. Leveraging our expertise accumulated over many years as punching professionals, we provide dies & molds that solve our customers’ issues.

Press Mold Design and Manufacturing for Various Products

Lineup

QDC Mold

It can punch materials and products such as base film, cover film, and mask film used in flexible printed circuit boards (FPCs).

※QDC stands for Quick Die Change, referring to molds that allow for rapid changeover.

QDC Mold
Punching Die
Punching Die

This type punches holes and partial outer shapes in products. The punch is on the upper die, and the lower die has hole processing, making it the simplest structure. Our punching die processing excels in fine processing with narrow pitch.

Total Punching Die
Total Punching Die

This type cuts the outer shape, leaving both the sheet and product on the upper surface of the lower die. It can process the required shape in one mold, allowing simultaneous punching of outer shapes and reference holes, thus shortening the process to one step, reducing costs, and improving punching accuracy.

Blade Mold
Blade Mold

This type uses seal blades and engraving blades for half-cutting up to the separator. It is suitable for processing product outer shapes and tape cutting. Corrosion blade integration is also possible. ※We recommend our high-hardness precision engraving blades.

Combination Die
Combination Die

This type combines punching and Blade Molds. It can punch outer shapes and reference holes simultaneously, reducing the process to one step and improving cost efficiency and punching accuracy. Unlike progressive dies, the mold size is very compact, making it easy to handle.

Die Set Mold

The difference from QDC molds is the installation of rigid posts on the outside. It can be directly mounted on the press machine without a fixture. Although heavy, it ensures stable quality during mass production and extends its lifespan with regular maintenance. Similar to QDC molds, it supports punching, total punching, Blade Molds, and combination dies. For punching products requiring high precision, we recommend this structure.
