We conduct rigorous inspections in a temperature-controlled room, including measuring mold plates, checking the appearance of parts, and ensuring that the shapes of test-punched products are free of defects. We have a Class 10000 clean room and deliver products to various industries such as medical, food, electronics, and automotive.

Clean Room Class 10000
Two Servo Press Automatic Machines Installed
- Materials that are easily affected by temperature and humidity can be processed.
- We use soundproof partitions to ensure that we do not disturb the neighbors.
- Daily inspections are conducted without fail by the press management supervisor.
Cleanliness: Class 10000 (JIS Class 7)
Temperature: 24℃ ±2℃ (tolerance range adjustable)
Humidity: 40% ±10% (tolerance range adjustable)
Illumination: 750 Lux
Room Dimensions: Width 4400mm x Depth 8200mm
Operators always wear cleanroom suits and masks, and use the air shower at the entrance to prevent dust and other contaminants from entering from outside.
Press Room
Three Servo Press Automatic Machines Installed
- Located between the headquarters factory and the fifth factory, allowing quick response to adjustments and modifications of molds and servo press machines.
- Temperature and humidity control available.
A large refrigerator is installed outside the press room. Products that require refrigeration can also be stored.
