・This is a next-generation automatic press machine based on the SSD1000-ASF, with additional and modified feeders.
・Compared to conventional automatic press machines, it significantly reduces sagging and distortion of the product during processing by synchronizing two feeders.
The unit configuration consists of a servo press, feeders (left and right), a half-cutter, a clean roller, and an unwinding/winding device. The mechanism and functions are the same as the SSD1000/1500-ASF, except for the addition of one feeder.
