Standard Press Machines
Servo Die Set SSD Series
Our original press machines developed based on the know-how gained from mold production.
- Adopts a high-rigidity four-column underdrive method, achieving high stability.
- Driven by a combination of "high-performance AC servo motor" and "ball screw," allowing easy manual pulse handle setting for top dead center, bottom dead center, and penetration amount settings. It also allows for setting various types of mold die height adjustments.
- Continuous operation with a specified number of penetrations is possible, making it easy to run the mold before startup or after maintenance.
- Penetration can be set for two consecutive presses, and the penetration speed can be selected as high speed or low speed, with the option for continuous alternating penetration settings.
- Adopts a QDC fixture method that allows easy setting of QDC molds developed and mass-produced by our group, making it ideal for the mass production of recent fine products in combination with our AC servo motor and QDC molds.
- The pressing capacity can be selected from 5, 10, and 15 tons, and we can accommodate specific requirements.
