Reinforcement Plate Punching Press

This device is suitable for the production of sheet products and reinforcement plates, particularly those used in flexible printed circuit boards. It is a press machine equipped with a punching function to process strip-shaped reinforcement plates/reinforcement film material products while moving them with an XY two-axis work feeder.
Press Section
An 11kW (15-ton) AC servo motor is installed, enabling the punching of a wider variety of products. The press uses a high-rigidity four-pillar underdrive system, providing a highly stable mechanism. In addition to the basic functions of the press, the following special functions are included:
Waiting Time (Timing Settings)
1.Intermediate Point Waiting: Stops the slide at the intermediate point to prepare the cutting tool.
2.Cutting Bottom Waiting: Stabilizes the shape of the punch and the punched workpiece within the die.
3.Pushback Waiting: Stabilizes the return of the workpiece during punching using the pushback method.
Cutting Operation Selection
1.Low-Speed Cutting: High speed to the bottom dead center → Low speed to the cutting bottom → High speed to the top dead center.
2.Double Cutting: High speed to the bottom dead center → High/Low speed to the cutting bottom → High speed to the bottom dead center → High/Low speed to the cutting bottom → High speed to the top dead center.
Feeder Section
The feeder section consists of a lightweight X/Y-axis transport table driven by a stepping motor and ball screw. This allows efficient processing of products by setting and registering coordinates. The following data is handled:
・Work Origin (HOME): Can be set at any position, making it easy to shift the setup program.
・Position Data: Can be set as absolute or relative (incremental) values based on the work origin (Effective stroke X-axis: 200mm / Y-axis: 300mm).
