Standard Press Machine: Servo Die Set SSD Series

・The high-rigidity four-pillar underdrive system ensures excellent stability.
・Driven by a combination of a high-performance AC servo motor and ball screw, the top dead center, bottom dead center, and cutting depth can be easily set using a manual pulse handle, allowing for precise die height adjustments for various types of dies.
・Continuous operation with a specified number of cuts is possible, making it easy to perform trial runs before die startup or after maintenance.
・The press can be set for two consecutive cuts, and the cutting speed can be selected between high and low, allowing for alternating continuous cut settings.
・The QDC fixture system, developed and mass-produced by our group, allows for easy setup of QDC dies. The combination of the AC servo motor and our QDC dies is optimal for the mass production of recent micro products.
・The press capacity can be selected from 5, 10, or 15 tons, and specifications can be customized upon consultation.
