Automatic Press Machine with Slide

Equipped with an AC servo motor of 4kW, the machine has a pressing capacity of 5 tons, making it suitable for mass production elements. The upper part is supported by four precisely machined φ50 pillars, maintaining more stable parallelism. It is driven by a combination of a high-performance AC servo motor and precision-grade φ50 ball screws, allowing the setting of top dead center, bottom dead center, and cutting depth. This makes it easy to manually adjust die height for various types of dies using a manual pulse handle.
A QDC fixture system, developed and mass-produced by our group, is adopted, allowing for the easy setup of QDC dies. The combination of the AC servo motor and our QDC dies makes it optimal for the mass production of recent micro products. The lower die part slides toward the operator, making it easy to remove products and enhancing safety.
The compact dimensions of the machine, 1195mm (H) × 1300mm (L) × 1035mm (W), allow for an overview of the entire factory even when multiple units are installed.
